d2ab5fb4e7 Moved GRAYLOG_PLUGIN_DIR env var to Dockerfile 
Added log limits to the docker-compose services - 500Mb each

1051c95fca Updated the graylog image to pull in the GeoIP when built. 
To update the GeoIP all you need to do is rebuild the image
(docker-compose build)
